As a result of our Community and User Surveys carried out in April 2022, we found that our young people sometime struggle with their mental health, stress, anxiety and general well-being.

1 Peter Ch5 v7 says “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for us”.
It is good to share your worries and concerns with other people, they can sometimes help us make sense of it all, the bible tells us to give it all to Jesus; let him carry your burdens, tell him about your worries and concerns. Jesus said we could cast all of our cares on him because he cares for us!

We’d love to encourage you to ask Jesus for his help and tell someone that you trust about the things that are bothering you too.
